From what i think, its cause you either dont have outlook or whatever that email system is, or the "email" system is directed to microsoft word somehow (possible). Its best you copy the email address, then post it in the address box that way. and yes, i know im not XFox, but im trying to help anyway

its ok. I have outlook and the only way for me to E-mail is to send the e-mail through someone elses server AKA I send the things to be put on the e-mail and they make the e-mail itself.

You could try to reinstall outlook if you have the cd for it... If not, may have to use something like Hotmail or Yahoo.

You shouldn't use Outlook since it's unsafe. Dangerous scripts (such as the huge list of W32 "Windows only" viruses) run from it, exposing and endangering everyone in your address book. Chances are your email problems is due to a server attempting to intercept your emails in order to steal your "forgotten password" info, or some other worm / trojan. Use Thunder Bird instead and you'll never be at risk of this.

I recently tried Mozilla Thunderbird. It's much nicer looking than Outlook (and safer). In Outlook, if the email contains attached script or executable code, it can execute, making your Windows system vulnerable to whatever it will do, such as changing your homepage to wiping out every file you have. It's a Microsoft-only "Feature." Thunderbird not only ignores those dangerous scripts, but you can disable images too. Why disable images? With PHP, a server can determine the IP of someone that viewed the image. If some company sent you spam, and you simply opened the email (automatically seeing the images in most email programs), they know your email address is active and they'll sell your address to more spammers. But for trusted email addresses, you can enable images at the click of a button. The safety, privacy, and convenience beats Outlook in every way.
