I could teach you how to easily re-do this much better. 1: Start with large, quality images for easy editing. (In your specific image's case, you probably did the best you could.)2: If possible, don't use "Paint" (Microsoft's really basic image editor). Anyone interested in making artistic imagery on the computer should give the GIMP a try. It's a free editor with artistic potential on the level of the famous Photoshop. Once you have these covered, you're prepared to make things that actually look very good. In the case of a quick recoloring like yours, I'd recommend adding a new layer, setting that layer's mode to "hue", and then using the Pencil or Paintbrush to color as you please. ANY QUESTIONS?
