Few things...

In 99% of my fanart, Tails is wearing cloths (my fangame too). Personally, I just think it makes him look cooler and less like an animal-like. The bandana is from Metal gear Solid (Snake is definatly one of the coolest VG characters). The vest thing is from this comic on Fireball20XL, and the shorts and sword were just drawn as they look cool. The background represents jack squat, and was added as blank white looks boring.
