Progress:
Each header and footer for a board apply to viewing the board and the topics inside them.
Threads can now be seperated from the board index since the url to threads have "display" in them. Why seperate threads? I may do special things to the avator area of usernames and it's not intended to do it to their username on the board index (where new topics are shown, etc).

The battle card script will stay on the test board until all the bugs are worked out. I don't know how severe things are yet. All I know is that netscape users don't see them. So I must figure more about that. I'll either come up with a filter to quit the script if it detects Netscape or find a Netscape solution.
