Glad I beat Eternal Sonata Sunday. Tuesday, I beat Halo once and then I did it again when going skull hunting Thursday. In between I'm in matchmaking. Today is my first "bad day," where I just suck to death. I'm now gonna go Legendary with the goodness of online co-op.
What do I think of it? I like it, worth the money, but far from a legendary game. Imitates Halo 2 too much with Halo 1 weapons, music, and some environments. Wish it was the other way. Campaign is second to none with Halo 1. The feeling didn't come back with 3. It's def better than Halo 2, better balance of weapons, better online, better rankings. What sucks is that the campaign isn't close to Halo 1, the achievements are too easy and too campaign focused, where it's the online is where it should have been focused on. Too little maps for multiplayer, and I would say there's always downloadable content but there's a new rumor...
...Now that Halo is basically done, at least the Master Chief story, Bungie might leave Microsoft, with Halo 3 money, it seems that it'll buy Bungie freedom from MS. Of course I doubt it, like most rumors, but I bet people will leave.
Sin & Punishment hit Wii today and tomorrow, I'll d/l it when I get points. It's a huge game for multiple reasons. Japanese only games coming outside Japan and it's a Treasure classic. Alongside the untouched version of the Japanese Super Mario Bros 2. The "Lost Levels" was upgraded in All Stars and edited in SMB Deluxe. Glad to see it's the ACTUAL NES version, where it even says SMB2 on the title screen.
Also, Zelda comes out tomorrow for DS. It's apparently and unsurprisingly easy, but worth every penny.
For me, I'm trying to find something to do now that I'm done with school. If I was in Cali, the intern job at IGN Wii Channel that they talked about in their podcast today. I also applied to another site, hoping for a email back. Other than that, nothing new with me. Which has to change.
