My school is all messed up now. I switched from homeschool to go to high school and it changed to much from last year when my bro was a freshmen. They took away one of our electives for the dumb class called Academic Enhancment. The lunch is so short and the lines are so long that I only get about 5 minutes to eat. I also now have very little time to get online. Sorry, I just needed take out my anger. @$#$%

I hate it when they do that. I know it may sounds like a bad idea, but maybe pack your lunch...? Well, my school's new princible really made lunch VERY boring. He keeps talking and talking and talking... Everyone in that school hate it when he does cause its annoying

Do what I did, switch lunch for YPP. I volunteer at the media center / library, and they occasionally ask you to help shelve books, check in books, wheel a TV back, but they're extremely short / easy tasks. Besically, all that I do there is eat my lunch in a back room for part of the period, and sit at a desk / do my homework for other half of the period. Best of all, I get credits for doing this! ;D

Yeah. I rememer when at happened at my intermediate school, Memorial. The lunch lines were so freakin' long that if you were last in line you would get almost no time to eat it. Also, the "popular" kids always were in the front of the line. Plus they would let all of their friends cut. One day I got so fed up with it. I cut all of them. They all tried to fight me. Yet... I took on a few of them... and beat the crap out of them with the help of one of my friends. I was grounded for 2 months... because my mom worked at the school and I was suspended for a little bit.
Heh. I stopped eating lunch at my school. They were usually bad. So I didn't eat lunch. My body got used to it.

Heh. I stopped eating lunch at my school. They were usually bad. So I didn't eat lunch. My body got used to it. I did that a few years ago, and it's messed up my eating pattern. Before it would be a large breakfast ~6:00 (~9:00 if I sleep in), medium sized lunch at ~11:00, fairly large snack at 3:00-4:00, and medium dinner ~6:00. When I stopped eating at school, it suddenly changed to about a medium breakfast, medium snack ~11:00 (if at school, if at home / work, nothing), a medium late lunch at ~3:00, and an extremely small dinner at ~8:00. I've been losing about anywhere from two to three pounds a month. 95 pounds and 5"6' isn't really that healthy...

[glow=purple,2,300]Hn, I remember last year's lunch schedule really well. It sucked. It was a 45 minute lunch period, you basically only got 10 minutes to eat, 15 if you were lucky or brought a lunch. The lines were long, so there was a lot of crowding to get to the cafiteria early. There was only one or two good lunches. he last 25 minutes were used for reading or doing homework, no talking.
Since the kids talked then anyways, we got assigned seats. >_< *had to sit with the kids she was stuck with thte rest of the day* immensly boring. That was my final year in my intermediate school, and every other year before it had been messed up with some how *sigh* That's why school is evil.
erp and the lunch periods were horrible. First sixth grade with its extremly late lunch. Then 7th grade with its short lunch and then 8th grade with its assinged lunch seats *rolls eyes* horrible.[/glow]

Goodie for me! I go to a new skool this year, and NO MORE MEMORIAL!! Yeah, I'm talkin the same school SF24 said. It was horrible. When I would get pizza for lunch, it had gray stuff and hair in it.. I refused to eat. So gross.
Well. If I don't like the school lunches this year, I'm giving up. I won't eat lunch, OR I'll just bring one. Yeah.

Wow, it seems that I got off easy on this one. I went to a small elem/mid school, so the lines were never a problem there. Then in HS, I lived 2 blocks away, and with a 45 minute lunch period, that gave me plenty of time to walk home and get some good quality food.

My lunch... is about 30 or 25 minutes this year. And whats cool is I get to have lunch with the 11th graders. So my lunch is 9th, 10th, and 11th. Kaidona is in my lunch. Thats so cool! I guess... I have a new group of Lunch friends this year. Im with Jeff, Leon, Meghan, Janelle, Margie, and Kai-Chan. Along with a few other people. I saw my other friends in the corner of the room. The table was filled beyond belief. Oh yeah, Kenzi was also at my lunch table. I mean, I have tons of friends, but I like to stay to just a small group of friends. Hopefully this year, I get more people to trust me so I can make new friends. For some reason, I'm not that trusted.
Sarah, I wish that you came to the Charter School I would actually of been nice to you unlike the rest of the 7th graders. I mean I feel like an outsider. Im the ONLY person in our neighborhood who goes to NCCES. Its so weird. Yet I am pretty sure I will go to Montey Tech for 10th-12th grade. Despite how much my friends beg and beg me to stay. I've wanted to go to Montey Tech ever sense I was a little kid. I don't care how much work I do, I want to go to Montey Tech. Besides, someone has to keep a tab on my cousin Andy. There is no way I am going to let him become a failuer in life. Hes my cous. I can't let him down.
Still, I don't trust my school lunches anymore. Not after I kept on getting the already expired milk, and the bad sandwhiches. I don't even bring a lunch to school. I have no room in my backpack. NCCES requires so much, and even though we have lockers this year, they haven't been put up yet, so there is nowhere I can put a lunch box. So I don't eat a real lunch just a snack and it will last me until I get home from school, so I can have my lunch at home, and I know that it isn't bad food in any way. I have no clue where NCCES gets their lunches, but I don't trust them. It is weird, my school OWES me money for lunches that I paid for but never bought. Oh well.
So yeah. I bring my own lunch to school. Even if its a soda to keep me awake for the rest of the day and a very small snack. When I get home I either cook Bagel Bites or Monzeralla sticks. I have so much at my house, plus almost everything taste really good and can last me the rest of the day. I almost never get hungry. me and my bro share the same appitite. We almost never get hungry, and when we do, we eat very little and are full for several hours. We just have no appitites. I mean, one day all I had was a bowl of cereal and one small chicken leg, and I didn't get hungry. Plus that was a day where I was very active as well. So whatever kept me from being hungry worked well. Maybe it was being with my friends.

And I hate her anyway. I know my way around the 2nd floor of Academy already. If I went to Charter, I'd be SO lost. And I doubt I'd have any new friends there. I like Academy, but... I feel like an outcast. In my homeroom, I'm one of the more normal people. THAT IS SO NOT NORMAL! Yeah.
