Not all members are active, and some topics are long forgotten, too. So the best option is for them to use the view the last 10 posts option, and just go from there. But yeah, that probably aint easy either

It isnt that hard Sarah. Most of the members that come here, really don't need any watching. They behave them selves really well. All we mainly do is keep on eye on the board, and look out for any problems. When the problem comes, we get rid of it quickly, so it doesn't start any more problems. Its really a cool job to be an admin here.

Is there going to be a curtain-voting contest where 3 mods are voted in, like I suggested? It would give you admins a helping hand.

Usualy that happens. Wouldnt you get suspicious if a complete and total stranger walked up to you and said he wants to help you out on your project? I doubt you would, less common sense rating is 0 or in the negatives...

I became an admin here upon reuest of the members. Thats how Draco became an admin and thats how Marik returned as an admin. It was a contest after AshurA quit. If you want to see if there can be a contest to get a few moderators, you'd have to ask XFox.
Curtain Voting. That was how it was done. That was how Marik, Draco, and I got where we are today.

Being an admin on this baord is fairly easy as long as we visit the board at least once a day. Not often you will see all of us on at the same time. Then we have about 20 or so members who post everyday so like SF24 said, it is easy to tell who to watch for after awhile.
