I don't rant about Gamestop, don't worry . That may be because I don't sell my games anymore, but the prices are a lot better than what they were a year ago from what I see.

I think he's missing the point that consumers don't care about GameStop. Personally, I just want my game with quick service. I don't care about their jobs or the store's profit at all.
Only good thing I read there was about the 7-day used game thing. Some ass there argued with me when really they're supposed to let you trade used stuff in for a different game.

Every time I talk to XFox, it seems he's having some issue with his local GameStop. Some places just have asstastic employees. Some say my store is one, but we treat the ones who matter right, the 1% who don't get little sympathy. Kogen, you have to realize most stores do this type of thing, plus some things there can help too. If you want quick service, none better than having a paid off reserve of a new title. Say Mario Galaxy or Assassin's Creed, both due out next week. Along with them, many more titles are releasing as well as the holiday rush. Paying off a reserve gets one in and out when the game comes out in like 30 seconds to 1 minute with no line.

I should be able to walk into the store, pick my game, buy it, then leave. Just like I do with everything else I buy. I shouldn't have my sentenced reworded and forced to buy useless insurance, I shouldn't have them talk forever about phony deals, I shouldn't be haggled and illegaly sold used games; they treat you like crap. They don't deserve to be treated with any form of respect. No one is forcing people to work at GameStop.
I'm not saying I absolutely hate the place. I'm just saying this guy is in no place, neither is anyone else, to say consumers need to do a better job at buying stuff there.
Though now I usually buy all my games online(since GameStop also sells them at 10 dollars more than they're worth) or some other store like Walmart, Radio Shack, ect.
