There have been many presidential debates and campaign speeches since the last time a thread was made on the election. Now, as the true election day comes, I ask... Who do you actually want to vote for now?
-------- I'm voting for Bush for his status as an experienced leader with confidence in the position he takes, to keep it brief. (Let's try and ignore the annoying political ads around here... Even straight facts can be used in a biased way.) --------
...But who do you vote for now, and why?

"George W. Bush: Read About His Flip-Flops" Yeah, ads. Being a non-American I say Kerry is the best pick for the non-American world. But Americans being American will go for that (keeps it clean) person known as BUSH. Bush will win.

BUSH!!! ALL THE WAY BUSH! uhh... *ahem* this is the biggest reason why i vote for him. Kerry -DID NOT- deny starting the draft. If he does, he will draft in my brother. That is not the only reason. If my brother is in the military, then if me, myself, hit 18, I HAVE TO GO TOO! Who in the 9 hells came up with that rule!? That man needs slapped!!!!!!!!!

In my school's election, I voted Nader, since it was only a mock election. But in the real thing, Kerry.
Anything but Bush... X.X

Bush. Kerry I cannot trust him nor can see him as president. Also Kerry supports the draft and Bush is against and being 19 years old, I don't feel like a one way trip to the Persian Gulf.

I'd go with Kerry for many different reasons. I hope someone shoots Bush if he wins the election.

Well, my state just became the most important in this election. so far, all of it went for Bush, but Kerry still said theres a chance he would win.
Well, its official. Kerry has surrendered and quitted. Once the results are in, Bush goes back into office to resume another 4 years... *Cheers*

My main reasons: We know what Bush is capable of, right? We know that he has already broken promises, we know what he can do and what he can't do, right? Right. And do we know what KERRY is capable of? Or what about Nader? Do we know what either of them could do to us?! !! USE COMMON SENSE HERE PEOPLE!!! ... I'm ok.... [/glow]

Black Keeron (9:31:09 PM): When you think about it... this election was kind of anti-climactic. ******* (9:31:42 PM): Bah, most elections are. ~_~ Black Keeron (9:32:09 PM): Almost everyone in my Social Studies class stayed up late last night watching and then nobody knew until an hour after Kerry quit. Andit's not like everyone was talking about it. They were talking about the same stupid things they always talk about. Black Keeron (9:32:19 PM): And then everything's back to normal... ******* (9:32:36 PM): Yeah, people in my class were just like, "Uhp! Bush won! *resumes petty talk*" Black Keeron (9:33:26 PM): I fear America and it's priority-chalengedness.
Personally, I wish Kerry stayed in the race. I would have had alot more respect for him if he'd at least stayed in. =/

If he did, it woulda started all the dumb crap that happened in 2000, they knew Bush was winning Ohio and it would just divide this country. Now they are teaming up(Since Kerry is still Senator of Mass.) and just end this little civil war

Cheering for your own demise? How delightful. Its not their demise its every one around them's demise. Looks like I've only got about two more years of life.

Shoulda waited until Ohio was counted.
We need someone like Mitch Albom to pull us together again.

-ShadowFan24- My final opinion. Bush sucks, Kerry Blows, Nader is in the middle.
I would vote for Kratos for President anyday over those three!!
Bush in office.. four more years. I HOPE HE DROPS A FREAKIN NUKE ON HIMSELF NOW!!! ;_; BUSH IS GOING TO KILL ME!!!!!!!
Curse Bush why must he be the victor? No one in my school trust him. I mean, Bush wants to send my brother into Iraq! I do not want the DRAFT back in ACTION. ;_; I hate Bush. He can die and go to hell!
Hmm............................................
I have a great fear of a nuke being dropped on this country now...

I have a great fear of a nuke being dropped on this country now... One word: Canada. Accessible by car, free healthcare, and no new languages to learn.

Curse Bush; why must he be the victor? No one in my school trusts him. I mean, Bush wants to send my brother into Iraq! I do not want the DRAFT back in ACTION. ;_; I hate Bush. Soo... did you or did you not vote for what you said you voted for? Anyways, if you, like nearly all of us, don't like the drafting idea, don't worry about the president feeling any different. He went into Iraq to make sure we're safe from danger (i.e. hidden nuclear threats, etc.), so I'm certain he's not going to put anyone into danger who hasn't voluntarily signed themselves up. He's claimed himself that he's our best protection from the draft, and logically, he won't become the flip-flopper he's taken pride in not being. If by chance anyone honestly thinks he feels otherwise, they need to keep a distance from the tabloids or something... I'm 17 and have absolutely NO fear of ever being drafted. The Republicans didn't even bring up the idea, and I haven't seen any of them supporting it yet. Shoulda waited until Ohio was counted. We need someone like Mitch Albom to pull us together again. It was a statistical impossibility (or improbability, if that's the right word) that Kerry could have ever won Ohio that way. The absentee ballots would have to go overwhelmingly toward him. This was his best option, as anything else could make him 'Sore Loserman II'. So, what Marik said. I really respect John Kerry for being able to admit defeat as quickly as he had. On another, not so important note, it just so happens that Bush won Iowa too. EDIT: Hey, I found the exact stats on it now. It's stated here:
