This game is just pure gold. It is for the Super Nintendo. I mean, you have to help Yoshi save his friends, yet at the same time Princess Peach is missing. It looks like Bowser is up to no good! Travel through the world. Beat the stupid bosses in the castles. Earn you way to Star World. I love the game so much! There is so much to do!
That was what a real Mario game was like.

It's a fun game. I still have it. Has anyone else gotten a perfect 96* on their save file? It's not whether you beat all the stages, it has to do with what order you do them in. And why does everyone refer to Princess Toadstool as Peach? I'm pretty sure the manual says Toadstool (and I can dig that out too).

^_^ Nifty X. That pic of Tails is awesome. *cracks inot my game and changes all the Mario sprites to Tails, Princess Peach to Cream, and the Toad dude to Knuckles* Hehhehehehe.
I got up to 76 before.

You know what's sad? SMW is one of the best games ever, and Nintendo ****ing ruined it when they ported it to GBA. Why?
- It is no longer difficult to beat. - They completely ditched the two-player mode. - They ruined Luigi. - They made it easier to get the coloured Yoshis. - They completely changed the concept of the Dragon coins - you can only collect them once. - They made it easier to get from level to level once you beat the game. - They added cutscenes.
Overall, I hated SMA2.

It is pure gold. I'm glad they made it easier on the GBA. (Why does everyone like their games hard?!) I'm not sure how high I've gotten in the game, I'll have to check sometime, but I have beaten it, not all the stages though. Cool pic, XFox.

I love SMW, I'm at the final battle with Bowser, (Acutally Forest of Illusion, I used Star Road), Bowser's pretty tough, but I'm sure I can beat him.

That was my first video game, ever.
I got all 96 levels 10+ years ago and I got all 96 levels, and all Dragon Coins in the GBA port.

I got a perfect 96* on the origenal (not GBA). when I was at 95 I forgot the *Fake* exit in forest of ilussion's ghost house. and XFox you should submit that Idea with Tails being in this game to Nintendo and Sonic Team. You could be in the credits.

You could be in the credits. That would be very unlikely. There's exactly 96 levels in it. But if you don't beat the levels in the proper order, you won't get credit for it even if it's beaten. For example, if you beat Iggy's Castle and then decided to go to the Yellow Switch Palace, it wouldn't give you a point for it. Just to be sure you don't miss anything, you should beat the Star World stages (in both the gate and key exits) and Special World before Morton's Castle.
