These are 13 of the 45 Wii games that Nintendo is producing for Japan's 2007 lineup(From IGN):
* DK Jet(FormallyDK Bongo Blast)
* Wii Health Pack
* Wii Music
* Disaster: Day of Crisis
* Project H.A.M.M.E.R.
* Battalion Wars II
* Forever Blue
* Mario Party 8
* Mario Strikers Charged
* Mario and Sonic at the Olympics
* Metroid Prime 3: Corruption
* Super Mario Galaxy
* Super Smash Bros. Brawl
This is JAPAN's list so don't expect all these to hit outside Japan this year. But consider this, Nintendo clearly is focused on the North American market more than any other region. The DS, Wii, Zelda: Twilight Princess and Super Paper Mario hit the US before Japan(all about 2 weeks earlier), so expect most of these to hit the US first also. Especially Metroid since it is an American game and Prime and Prime 2 hit the US first. If they do hit the Far East first though, expect it here right after. Nintendo has only announced 3 games for the US this year at the moment(even though most of that list will be added): Mario Party 8 on May 29th, Big Brain Academy: Wii Degree on June 11th and Pokemon Battle Revolution on June 25th(Pokemon BR launched with the Wii in Japan, that's why it's not on the list).
Also like Zelda: Twilight Princess, expect a couple to get delayed. Maybe not Mario Galaxy or Smash Bros, but I'm looking at Metroid right now. Reggie stated that Prime 3 will prove the Wii remote and that it won't ship 'til it's perfect, so I can see Metroid getting pushed.
Wii Music and Wii Health Pack seems to be continuing the million+ sales that WiiSports and WiiPlay did (WiiSports was sold seprately in Japan).
Also games that we've seen absolutely no news on since announcement are on this list. The deep sea game Forever Blue, the action game Project H.A.M.M.E.R., and Disaster: Day of Crysis, developed by the newly Nintendo bought studio Monolith Soft, added with Batallion Wars II.
This is the first time since the first GameCube cycle in 2002 where we saw so many releases in one year when Metroid Prime led the way along with Mario Sunshine, Animal Crossing, and Starfox Adventures, and 2007 seems to be way bigger than that.
On a note: Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games is produced by Nintendo in Japan, but outside that, Sega is producing it. Sega did announce it will hit outside Japan this year.
IGN also had this to say, and it needed to be untouched:
"In separate, but semi-related news, rumors began to circulate late last week that Nintendo was interested in hiring former Sony head Ken Kutaragi, who, having fathered the PlayStation and its predecessors, is leaving the company. But speaking with the Japanese press, Nintendo's president said that such rumors were unfounded."
