Square-Enix is the first third party supporter for Nintendo's future console, the 'Revolution'. They said that they loved Nintendo's online plans and will use full use outta them. Now what was weird I heard is that Nintendo's networking service is only for people you know in person? And that they said "not just a portable, not just a console; it's exactly what we wanted in that it's the birth of a completely new platform." (From IGN) WTF DOES THAT MEAN? We'll see soon, but I don't think it'll be next week @ E3, but we'll see.

That sounds like some weird way of saying a LAN connection.

Nintendo is once again trying to change the gaming world. All of this is just absurd right now. I don't believe the direction that this is taking. If anything... the NRev would be like a Laptop. You can take it almost anywhere, and then when you go back home you can keep it in one spot. I really don't know. Still, I think I know where Nintendo is going, and this is a bold move...

Well, Nintendo has Square´s support now, like in the '80s, wich will prove a vital asset in winning the next-gen console war.
