Time for another poll. This time, it's PC games. What are your top five PC games? Mods do count.
5. Starcraft 4. Freespace 2 3. Half-Life 2. Descent 3 1. Star Control II: The Ur-Quan Masters

That's a tough decision.. hmm... All my PC games are packed away right now, but the ones that come to mind are:
5. Half-Life 4. King's Quest 6 3. Secret of Monkey Island 2. System Shock 2 1. Quest for Glory IV: Shadows of Darkness
Three of those are Sierra I just realized. They're the greatest. Quest for Glory, for those who don't know, is an old point-and-click adventure series. Actually in the first two, you had to type, but they're great fun too. The fourth one is, I think, the very best game of its kind that we've seen yet. Though people rave about Grim Fandango, and I've never played that... I think I'll go order it right now..

Does Oblivion have an online mode, and can you play it even with those mods? I remember all the newer Star Trek games like Bridge Commander and Starfleet Command 3 disable you from playing online, unless you and the server have the exact same mods, which is really annoying.

I hate going off topic too much, but I'll put that aside for this... Oblivion has no official multiplayer, but people are working on it (Since Morrowind). Now, back in TES III, they were able to get a very weak version that only hosted directly with IP, supporting only 2 people and was damn glitchy. But Oblivion... Somewhere, last I read, a group of people came out with a working Alpha release that supported multiplayer. I'm gonna go take a look about that... With a quick Google search, I brought this up: MultiTES4 csusap.csu.edu.au/~mloxto01/The only official TES game that had an official multiplayer was Battlespire. Very old. And I guess I should ask this: They actually made a 3rd "Descent"? I only remember up to the 2nd one...

Yeah, it came out a few years ago, around 2000 or so. It's really good, they changed around the gameplay a bit, but it's still really fun, it's certainly better than the other three (1, 2, and Maximum). I highly recommend you pick it up.
Descent Maximum is a PS1-only Descent game.

Well, my top 5 changed because I got some new PC games,
1. Flight Simulator X 2. Call of Duty 3. Civilization IV: Warlords 4. The Sims 2
It will probably change sometime if I get a new game like Call of Duty 2.
