Hi. I'm actually at a hotel right now, using their TV Internet service. ;D But of course, since the TV's the monitor, the resolution is terrible (and even then, things are just a little fuzzy). *Shrug.* Yeah, the cards do make things a tad wide, but having to scroll side-to-side a bit is nothing unusual here. Now let's just see if I can remember all my comments.... -Good job on un-pixelizing the majority of the card after zooming in 300% like that -When this modification is finally applied, there will probably be a rise in the percentage of users who have sprite edits for their avatars. (At least I hope there will be; they'll look more appropriate than most other avatars.) -I've tried it on Mozilla before, and it doesn't show up there at all. I have yet to test Mozilla Firefox on it, however. (Don't we all just love that catchy new name? ;D) EDIT: Ah, just found your note indicating you understand the problem perfectly and are finding a great solution to it. -I agree with the comment that there could be a clashing-color-scheme issue, or something like that. Then again, I don't think I'm much good at telling what colors match and which don't. -The multiple card colors idea sounds great; I think a bunch of same-color cards gets kinda bland after a while. I wonder though... perhaps it would be the best if color was used to indicate status as either member, moderator, or administrator. It'd get the message across more quickly and clearly than " Highest Flying Kitsune" if you ask me. *Pictures in his mind* Yeah, that occasional special-colored Admin/Mod card should fix the coloration issues perfectly. -Finally, I DO give my support to this whole idea. You did arrange the entire thing quite well, after all. My portrait too big? shouldnt be since its not as big as hypergreyfox's avatar It's the text below your avatar that's too big, not the avatar itself.

Ya, ive heard of numerous reports that FireFox isnt displaying things correctly. I've been then getting Emails from a 'friend' named "Feather Inju" that insists that everything you see in IE is displayed wrong and FireFox displays it correctly... (so having a bunch of boxes all over and impossible to read overlapping text is displayed correctly on firefox...? no offense). I asked my friend Draken and its cause XFox programed the scripts for IE, not for those other ones like firefox and uhh, whats the other 1? netscape? Just get norton internet Security and use IE and you should be fine

It's true that IE implements most things incorrectly. Technically, white-space is supposed to be preserved when you access an element's innerHTML. And you can't easily search for blank lines the same way you can search for characters. IE formats the innerHTML of a tag. It doesn't display the same as what the actual source of the page shows. For example, if you had something like this:
<img src="Tails.png" alt="Tails!" />
IE wouldn't be able to search for that because it changed it to:
<IMG src=Tails.png alt=Tails!>
Those changes IE makes are not necessary. In fact, they cause many problems. in XHTML, tags cannot be in capitals, all values of attributes must be enclosed in quotation marks, and all EMPTY tags must close themselves. IE went out of it's way to violate those three rules in order to show their disregard for manners and rules. Javascript regular expressions may be the only solution that will work in both browsers. Older browsers won't recognize it, but that's better than being IE-only.
If anyone uses a different browser than IE and Mozilla (and their variations), and want to help test, contact me on AIM. Note that AOL, MyIE2, Avant, and quite a few other "browsers" still use IE in their core. To be sure, paste this in your address bar:
javascript:alert(navigator.appName) .
If it says something other than "Microsoft Internet Explorer" or "Netscape" (Netscape, Mozilla, and Firefox will say Netscape), then you may be able to help by testing for support with the latest javascript implementations.

P.S.My com. is a 2000, my mom's is a XP. Windows XP is just Windows 2000 with a fancy new interface. Windows 2005 Media Edition is just Windows XP with a fancy new interface.
