Why can´t I change the time to +3 minutes?

The forum time is a couple minutes off for me too. Either the server time is wrong, or my computer clock is wrong.

I´m not in the US, and my computer clock has +6 minutes compared to my watch, and this forum´s time is -3 minutes!, strange, huh? When I edited this, the forum time became -2 min. we´re getting close now.
