Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't it the same thing as a "Trash Can", where all the threads full of spam and flaming go?

Its the board that normal members can't see. Its where flaming topics go. And where the admins talk about what to do. Its also where we discuss about members mainly the ones that get banned.

It's like a Private board for admins and mods.
They can make it invisible to our eyes or They can Password Protect it to stop any of us seeing what they are doing or hear what they are talking about

Its not password protected. If your not any kind of admin or mod then it disallows you to view it.
