I think there are certain times when they should have clothes on and when they shouldn't. For example, in most video game situations: Probably not, but there's nothing wrong if they do. I think we just don't think of them with clothes on. Though I do think Tails would look hillariously cool with like a loose white t-shirt on  In the anime, on TV, etc. they could look great with clothes on. The baseball uniforms looked great on everyone.  Sayonara! |

I Think That If The Rest Of The Sonic Characters Did Start Wearing Clothes It Would Appeal To The Older Audience
Eg: Sonic In Baggy Trousers And Black T-Shirt (That Would Be Cool)

Knuckels could have blue jeens with a chane hanging on it! He could also were sun glasses like in ones in SA2.

I dont see why they would need clothes, Tails got all the fur and it would be a shame to cover it all up. And you don't really see animals wearing clothes do you? I wouldnt care if they had small things but that stuff like shirts and pants and other crap like that.
