Or at least layer. Jesucristo. I know people who're still comin' in wearing shorts. ... Alright, they wear a sweatshirt, but shorts! Why are they not frozen yet?!

I never understood why people wear shorts and a sweatshirt. If its cold enough to wear a sweatshirt, then why wear shorts?

*shrugs* Maybe the torso gets colder faster. I dunno. I'll wear shorts and a long-sleeved shirt on occasion in the late spring, but other than that. *shrugs*

[glow=purple,2,300]that's a tad bit odd, why doth they wear a sweatshirt and shorts? Oh well...my brother's odd though, if its snoy out he'll run outside to take the trash out in le shorts, light t-shirt, and barefeet. Oo Even if I'm immune to the cold enough to spend a minute outside in t-shirt and shorts...I'd at least be needing something on my feet...and a light jacket come to think of it...[/glow]

I'm immune to the cold as well for a few. Having snow ball fights when ever you can during the winter will help your body get use to the cold. Winter is my favoriot time of the year...as long as I don't have to drive through the snow. But Marik is right, this has been warm lately, even for November.

*nods* It's not that bad though. Oh, and on a rather related note, I believe that there is some theory out that we are undergoing a complete climate shift, which would explain a -lot-. As my non-religious friend said (I'm paraphrasing here), it's almost enough to make one believe in a higher power, for there sure as heck isn't a logical, scientific explanation for what's been going on lately.

Maybe were slowly getting sucked into the sun. This summer was a little hotter than usual too. Over here we hit 90 a few times, and that doesnt happen too often.

... Wouldn't we just fry if we got sucked closer to the sun?
Oh, and apparently the moon is breaking away from us. o___O Think of the havoc that's gonna wreak when it does happen.

True, that. But anyone who tries to loot my house is going to get a nasty surprise. In fact, make that several nasty surprises.

[glow=purple,2,300]yeah and I hear there's a comet heading for earth. It'll wipe out all life if it hits. But its got 1/500 odds, I think, of hitting. O.o scary thing, I think I heard it would hit whilst we're still alive. The moon breaking away, our planet will spiral out of control in le orbit and the poles would be come hot and the Sharara (sp?) will become cold. but that won't happen for a while, if the human race is still in existance by then, life would be hell.
Then there's global warming too...
O.o come to think of it, it seems as if there's some supernatural force that wants to get rid of us humans.[/glow]

Hey Digi, pin point the date of that comet, need to know when to throw the biggest party ever. Everyone I know will be on the guest list and I'll fly everyone out here.

Again bringing up the thing on the climate change, which may or may not be the cause of global warming. Apparently everything is going to change, i.e. taigas will become wastelands, the Sahara will become a nice flowering prairie, etc. etc. Comets, eh? If one were the diehard, uber-paranoid Biblical sort, one might begin shrieking about "Judgment Day".
