Its nice to know I am not the only one that has these "dreams". One time, I was standign in front of a coffin, and on the inside... I saw my mom.... dead. And it was in the future, because I was an adult. And currently I am only 13. So I have a feelign that will come true.

I used to see things in dreams when I was younger, but that has faded completely now. I guess that somewhere within people there is a sixth sense, it is simply knowing how to tap into it which is the problem lol. However, not all dreams are of this nature. Dreams are the product of brain activity whilst you sleep. Your experiences throughout the day are being processed to store as long-term memory, your brain is just as active in sleep as it is when you are awake. Because of this you may see some of the thoughts and fears which your brain is processing, these visions are what we refer to as dreams. Of course the nature of dreams is not understood fully, there are always loop-holes in any scientific theory or practice. Just don't fear your dreams, the future is always uncertain, we just sometimes get little glimpses.

See it is hard to believe what people say that they had dreams of future events. I have seen alot of people say they saw 9/11 happen before it did. Then why did they sit back and let it happen? Why do people see the future and let it take its course then say something about it? To me no one can see the future through visions, dreams, or Gawd coming down to talk to you in person. for the record, god doesnt talk to you in person, his voice is so overwhelming that it would make your head explode, only the dead and angels can talk to him humans do not actually see the future, in my opinion they see a prediction of what might happen, not what will, the thing that im noticing is more and more people that have prophetic dreams i guess you could call it have ADD is it just coincidence?

Things are very strange for me too ...sometimes I have wierd visions and they could come true...or I could just have visions and say absolutely nothing the whole next day..trying to think what it means ..but I'm not necessarily calling myself physic...
well your a skeptic draco, but i know what i saw, i know what happened, and i know that wierd feeling i get everytime i play the zora sequence of majoras mask, i dont really care if you believe me or not, but im telling the truth Woah, that happened when you were four!?! very strange, but I can believe you ....
I remember my brother says he dreamed that he got a test back in some class and one of the questions was marked wrong, and apparently it showed which answer was right, and a few days later he got that exact test with the question on it, and put down the answer that was right in his dream, and got the question right... Scary, huh? ooooo, scary but cool! luck and future seeing....

remember what i said about linked thoughts? well attention deficate disorder causes linked thoughts at an extreme pace, and all the people with prophetic dreams have A.D.D. that i know so far and that thinking what other person is thinking thing, thats just from being around them so much that you sort of have a idea of what they might be thinking of oh and shadowboy you were right it is called deh jah vuu or however you spell it 1.) I spell is "Deja Vu", but I have no idea of the correct spelling. 2.) Does is not used on the second person... *shot* 3.) Well, I guess sure if these "prophetic dreams" come about only after many hours of sleep. I sure haven't had any lately, or at all for that matter. But I guess that your statement just says that most prophetic people are ADD, not most ADD people are prophetic... 4.) Maybe these "fast-linked thoughts" explain how in my mind I always somehow get off topic on my thoughts, and wonder how... EDIT: 5.) Yes, I am implying that I don't get enough sleep and am ADD. New EDIT: 6.) I do have Deja Vu all the time, but unless it's of events leading to each other, usually by the time you remember it (the past, which was about the future at the time) the present will be the past, therefore making the "prophecy" invalid as a prophecy. I think. 7.) I just remembered that there was one time that I had a dream and a few days later someone basically said the main message of the dream. No, I'm not going to tell you what it was, and chanses are it's not wht you're thinking.

I used to believe that dreams were psychic. I now think that they are either dumb luck or your brain predicting while you are asleep. Controlling dreams can be done. It is based on self-hypnosis. REM sleep (the sleep where you dream) is just a deep hypnotic trance. I practice self-hypnosis every night.

Now that I think about it. Lately I have been only having visions..... when it was important. One time, this past summer actually.... I was asleep and I saw a huge branch falling at the park...... And there was tons of kids there, and two of them bearly got out of the way..... Well, the next day at the park, (day after a huge thunderstorm) Luke and Evan were playing underneath the huge tree. I heard a slight crack. I yelled at them to move, a minute later, a huge branch fell out of the tree. It was the samething that I saw in my dream. Only this time, my hearing saved Luke and Evan, not my memory of my dreams. I remember when that happened..that was really scary. I thought someone was gonna get squished...that was when I hadn't tapped into my 6th sense...but now I'm in complete conrol and I know when I am going to have Deja Vu.

Whats deja vu? Is it the thing that u feel that you have been in this place/situation befor? I have that...rarely... as for dreams, I mostly dont remember mine. Or remember the feeling of it only: like happy or weird or something.

Haha...I have prophetic dreams too its crazy. Usually I'll slightly remember it but from the next day to a few weeks later it will happen but I wont realize it until after it happened. And the dreams are overexggerated too, such as people will get yell at me in the dreams as well.

Great. Now I'm going to be checking myself for psychic tendencies.... I have enough to think about as it is.Every time I have a dream that I can see clearly, it comes true! Eh, not quite the same here... Last time I had a colorful, crystal-clear dream, I ended up realizing I was in a dream, and taking advantage of that by making myself fly. for the record, God doesnt talk to you in person; His voice is so overwhelming that it would make your head explode. Only the dead and angels can talk to Him. I dunno, wasn't there a story where some young person trying to sleep kept hearing his name called, kept trying to go to the person who called him, but eventually realized that it wasn't that person, but that it was God? Ahem...physics? course there's physics! Psychics maybe? That's the mystery. ;D It's one of those blind-man-following-a-blind-man things. Nobody knew how to spell psychic so they all copied each other. *Laugh*Whats deja vu? Is it the thing that u feel that you have been in this place/situation before? Yeah, that's it. I've had it sometimes myself. (Not that I'm suspecting any "psychic" reasons for it as of yet.)

It's crazy. Makes me wonder if the "witches" people burned in the Dark Ages were really like mages and stuff like that.

See this is so hard to beleive. If my latest 'vision' came true, then I would be in deep trouble. I was talking to my friend and she thinks the dreams she has benn having are going to come true. If they do, then I will tell you that it has. But I do doubt that these things ever really happen.
