I think yeah, but since it's illegal to have ROMS unless u have th cartridge, i dunno. U can still have the game for 24 hrs, though. And for haxing roms you need 2 things. One of them is Hex Workshop and the other is a code converter. I know, cause I read it off of somewhere. I have absolutely no idea how it works ;D

you can have the ROMs of old games. sence you can't find the cartrige because they don't make them anymore. tats legal

Well, technically you can only buy cartridges for Gameboys or maybe N64. Everything else is too old to be sold ( woot! a rhyme)

I don't know much about ROM Hacking, but I know some utilities used to hack ROMs. Like: SonED, ESE, Chasax-pal etc. You can Find them at: sonicology.fateback.com/You don't have to use Hex workshop, there are some other hexadicmal editors out there.

Yeah, true. There are lots, but I see Hex Workshop as the best one. Besides, game hacking is kind of dumb, anyways."Ooh, i changed some numbers and letters, I created my own game!" Yeah right! It's better to make your own games, than remake a game of an other person/company.
