they have blood and guts, whoopdeedoo, american comics have less blood but more action, like spiderman etc. the rest of the american comics have humor, alot more humor than japanese manga will ever have, dont get me wrong there are some humorous japanese mangas, but ripoffs sorta lose their effect, and japanese humor isnt as good as american humor, america always seems to excell at humor more than any other country, chinese movies seem to excell at action and kung fuu, basically every country excells at something but american comedy is the best of all lol

Iris! You've got Sanzo in your sig! He's so cool! I love Saiyuki! Everyone read Saiyuki manga!
Manga is awesome. That's what I read most of the time. I get all my drawing inspiration from manga too. Shonen Jump is a great way to get started on manga. It introduces you to about six or seven titles at the same time, and also adds in brief intros to other ones just coming out.
Let's see, what mangas have I read so far....
Inu Yasha Sailor Moon DragonBall DragonBall Z G Gundam Saiyuki YuGiOh Yu Yu Hakusho Knights of the Zodiac Saiyuki Rurouni Kenshin
heh, there are so many more but i don't think i can go over all of them right now.

Umh, lets see what I've read..
Digimon Chrono Crusade Rurouni Kenshin Megaman NT Warrior Trigun Magic Knight Rayearth Fruits Basket Orphen Card Captor Sakura Man of Many Faces
Theres a lot more, I just can't list them off the top of my head. But EVERYONE should read Chrono Crusade. The fifth book is going to come out at the end of the month, I already have it cause of a special order, and the series is really dramitic. I screamed in the 5th book becuase the secect that Chrono has is really what I thought. If you've seen the anime, pick up the manga it's way different. Also get Fruits Basket. It rides along with the anime, and the manga goes further then the anime. In the 9th volume you get introduced to Rin and she's not in the anime.Fruits Basket is a really funny series!

I love the manga that the animes are aired on kid station. MegaMan NT Warrior is a really great manga. I just picked upt he 7th colume today, so now i have 1-7 so WOOT! xD Anyway, I told my mom today "I either get a $8 book or $10 book!!" And she said get the cheaper one, so YAY I WIN! Anyway, in the car when I was reading it I was screaming! ... Mainly at the back of a character whom I think is awesome. ^^; Im a bit perverted with manga. So yeah, but I am totally in love with MMNTW manga. Also I need to buy Magic Knight Rayearth Series 1 Volumes 2 and and of series 2. Yeah, so I need Rurouni Kenshin 5-whatever is out. I know what I want for my B-Day!
Theres too much manga out there to read.

Hmmm.... I don't know even what series I want to start next? Perhaps I should wait on that and finish with the King of Bandit: Jing series.

I like the Naruto series. It's got ninjas and Naruto is a demon fox. It's great. But I like a lot of mangas. I seem to have a broad range of what I like to read.
I recently got hooked on reading Tsubasa. It's great when Clamp adds in characters from other series. And Mokona is just so cute!

I recently got hooked on reading Tsubasa. It's great when Clamp adds in characters from other series. And Mokona is just so cute! if you like Tsubasa, you should read "xXxholic" too. They're both done by Clamp, and they both directly effect each other story wise. You'll hafta read both to learn the true plot (the villain is shared in the end outcome). Also, xXxholic came first storywise. So the order the manga should be read is... xXxholic Vol.1 >> Tsubasa V.1 >> xXxholic V.2 >> Tsubasa V.2.... I love them both ^^ I find myself liking Kurogane, but can't shake the feeling hes a lot like Roronoa Zoro from One Piece... I think the english voice actor would fit both characters like a glove ^^ As for manga i've read (brace for impact....): R.Kenshin Battle Vixens xXxholic Tsubasa Initial D Get Backers Suikoden Sakura Taisen Samura Champloo Fruits Basket Imadoki Fushigi Yugi Genbu Kaiden Hot Gimmik Full Moon wo sagacrape Vagabond Real Bout High School Ragnarok Kamikaze Kaito Jeanne Valkyrie Profile Comic Party Excel Saga Bleach One Piece School Rumble Tokyo Mew Mew Naruto Negima Love Hina Shaman King (Faust fan; only read for him) Desert Coral Dramacon (good american manga) Super gals Rune Soldier nevermind, im lazy and have bad memory >.> thats a lot of em, but Im too lazy to continue and brainstorming is seeming futile at this point, even though I know theres way more.

I read all the stuff from Clamp. At least I'm trying to. I still to need to read Wish, Suki, Clover, and Magic Knight Rayearth.
I tried to get Clover when I saw it at the bookstore. It's hard to find so i was surprised to see it there. Unfortunately, I didn't buy it. -_-; I never took Spanish.
Here's my list as of now:
Chobits Figure 17 Fruits Basket Megatokyo King of Bandit Jing: Twilight Tales .hack//legend of twilight Kingdom Hearts Ouran High School Host Club Sailor Moon, Sailor Super S, and Sailor StarS Gravitation Steel Angel Kurumi Dragonball Dragonball Z Knights of the Zodiac Inu Yasha Rebirth G Gundam One Piece SCryEd Devil May Cry 3 and all of the Shonen Jumps up to date.
I'm working on surpassing my friend in her collection of manga.
Also, this is only what I have. I haven't even listed what I've read so far
