It doesn't really matter... because in the end, all bad guys are morons!
Face it..... Robotnik, Bowser, Ganondorf, and all the rest..... they all have many opprotunities to achieve their evil goals. World domination, supreme power, or maybe just to kill innocent people...... in the end, all bad guys fail at every attempt to do something totally evil.
Instead of waiting for the good guys to show up or telling their evil plans to good guys, bad guys should pull off their plans as soon as possible if they hope to be victorious. All bad guys are idiots.... complete idiots.

I choose the evil Dr. Eggman! He has the utilities to destroy planets and conquer worlds. He has more smarts than the others. I mean heck, he has an IQ of 300. And what do the others have? I'm not really sure, but nonetheless, Eggman is the evilist!

WE NEED MOJO ON THE POLLLL  !!!!!!!!!!!!![/glow] Rarely in video games do you come across someone as monsterous as Hojo. His most evil act wasn't even creating the super SOLDIER Sephy and SOLDIERs. No, what he did to Sephiroth's mom was completely wrong. In fact, I couldn't help but wonder why Seph was trying to blow up the world; just kick Hojo's face in! The drive and reasoning for blowing it up would just float away then. another mystery is how Hojo got all those girls on the beach of Costa de Sol. o.o What the hell? Mad scientist. Bends the rules. (of biology) Ladies man. Hes evil on a whole 'nother scale. If I had to choose be destroyed or have a mad scientist go to town on mom then fiddle with the child... destroyed suddenly has flowers, heavenly light, cherubs, and golden lettering. EDIT: his name is HOJO. Mojo is a 70s pr0n star name or powerpuff girls villain name. >.> |

Sephiroth is the clear winner here, and Ganondorf is in second for me, and no matter if they give him a bad redesign, Robotnik was never very evil (in my opinion) and he always seems to end up helping Sonic, and none of the other guys would do that. Plus, Sephiroth is HARD IN KINGDOM HEARTS, but I did beat him . |

Yeah, my vote here goes to Sephy, too. I mean, come on. Robotnik and Ganon are trying to take over the world, Sephiroth's trying to become a god.
Wow, Odin, you were able to beat him in KH? Everyone I know who played KH weren't able to beat him. Sadly, I'm stuck on the Ultima Keyblade sidequest, so it's going to take me a while to face him in fierce combat.

Whops, I typed that I beat him in KH, but I beat him in KH2. From what I have seen, he lookes harder in KH1, but that doesn't mean he isn't hard in KH2.
